Terms of use

• Tactyn is a license to use the app, not a sale of the software.
• You are responsible for the accounts and subscriptions you connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others) and for following each provider's terms.
• The app runs commands that you or the agents request, in the project folder. You approve the maestro's plan before it runs.
• There is no guarantee about the results of code generated by the agents.
• Free plan: 1 project, no time limit. Pro plan: monthly or yearly, automatic renewal, cancel anytime. Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) for Brazil and in US dollars elsewhere.
• Full refund within 7 days of your first purchase (art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code).
• Payment: credit card for monthly and yearly; Pix for yearly only. Payments are processed by Efí Pay.
• Payment from outside Brazil: card, in US dollars (US$ 10 per month or US$ 100 per year), processed by Stripe. The 7-day refund applies to both groups. Prices in US dollars do not include local taxes.
• For now, Pro is not sold in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
• If a card charge fails, Pro continues for a 14-day grace period while the charge is retried.
• Yearly Pix does not renew by itself: we email you 30 days and 7 days before, and on the day it expires, and you pay again if you want to stay on Pro.
• Canceling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Switching from monthly to yearly with a prorated discount, when available.
• Going back to the Free plan never deletes anything of yours: projects beyond the limit are kept and come back when you subscribe again.
• Venue: the court of your place of residence.
