Show the agent the screenshot instead of describing it.
Drag an image into the terminal, paste with ⌘V or use the last-screenshot shortcut. Tactyn saves the file in your project and writes its path at the cursor, in a format the agent understands.

Three ways to attach.
- Drag. Drop a file onto the agent's pane.
- Paste. With an image on the clipboard, press ⌘V in the terminal.
- Last screenshot. The ⌥⇧P shortcut brings Tactyn to the front and attaches the most recent screenshot to the last pane you used. It only works for a screenshot taken in the last 10 minutes, from the system's captures folder.
A thumbnail confirms the attachment, with “Undo”: it removes the reference and the file.
What happens to the file.
The image is copied to .tactyn/anexos/ inside the project. In panes that belong to a maestro mission, it goes to the mission or task folder. The default limit is 50 MB per file.
Tactyn writes the absolute path where the cursor is, without pressing Enter. If the path has a space, an accent or another special character, it goes in single quotes. Several attachments are separated by spaces. You review the line and send it when you want.
What it does
- Works the same way in Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity CLI and OpenCode.
- Accepts images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, TIFF) and other files.
- Keeps everything inside the project, on your machine.
- Deletes old loose attachments so the folder doesn't grow forever.
What it doesn't do
- Doesn't send anything by itself: the text lands in the terminal, and Enter is yours.
- Doesn't upload the file to Tactyn: the image only reaches the agent's provider if you send the message.
- Doesn't accept files above the configured limit.
Can the agent really see the image?
That depends on the model. Tactyn hands over the file path; reading the image is up to the agent and the model you chose. The path format is the same for all four CLIs.
