Billing
How do I pay?
Credit card for monthly and yearly; Pix for yearly only, with no automatic renewal (we email you before it expires). Payments are processed by Efí Pay, in Brazilian reais (BRL). Tactyn does not store your card details.
How do I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay when your device offers them. You pay on Stripe's secure page, in US dollars, and the subscription renews automatically. Tactyn does not store your card details.
What if I cancel?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that, the app asks you to choose one project to keep active; the others are kept safe and come back when you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a refund?
Yes, a full one, within 7 days of your first purchase.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, when available: switching from monthly to yearly comes with a prorated discount for what you've already paid in the period.
What if a payment fails?
On a card, we retry the charge and email you. Pro stays on in the meantime, for up to 14 days.
